Deal Evaluation

Submission of complete and requisite documents to the investment committee.

Internal project evaluation and analysis by the Investment Committee

External due diligence and valuation by independent consultants.

Proposal Approval

Investment proposal to be submitted by Investment Committee to Board of Directors.

Board of director to decide on the final approval of the proposal.

Execution & Monitoring

Detailed financial, technical and legal diligence; & closure of definitive documents. Project Implementation to begin as agreed
