Excellence Capital Ltd offers its first portfolio investment in the series of funds to follow, named as “Excellence India Real Estate Opportunities Fund- I”

Excellence India Real Estate Opportunities Fund – I, intends to raise a capital commitment of $50 Million from the prospective retail investors, institutional investors and co-investment partners, operating in different investor markets across the globe.

It aims at investing the raised capital in the Indian real estate opportunities located in the vicinity of Mumbai and Pune region of western India. The real estate opportunities to be invested in are affordable housing projects and fully developed serviced housing lots, as per the FDI norms of the Indian government.

The fund is currently evaluating few real estate projects, in order to achieve the objective of projected Internal rate of return (IRR) through:

• Legal, financial and technical due diligence
• Performance and risk analysis of the shortlisted projects.
