Mr. Deepak NandaBoard of advisors

Deepak Nanda is a Chartered Accountant, who stood second in India in CA final and intermediate examinations, winning gold and scholarships He has studied B Com ( Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, standing second in Delhi University. After qualifying as a CA, he has worked with Pricewater House, CA firm in India and overseas for seven years, initially in audit and subsequently in management consultancy. He has been a Banker/ investment Banker since 1984, when he joined Citibank NA, working for them in India and overseas. He was the Country head of Citibank in an overseas country.

He has worked with other foreign and local investment Banks and has raised Usd 6 billion of Equity and debt and has closed joint venture deals, tie ups and Merger and Acquisition deals. He has closed several Private Equity deals, IPOs, GDRs, FCCBs (ie listing of shares on foreign stock exchanges). He has also raised funds of clients through foreign and local currency debt transactions. He has done complex aircraft financing deals, structured foreign currency deals and raised Long term and short term debt funding. He has spent eleven years overseas in New York, London and Sydney. He now works with midsized corporate and SME units, builders and other clients to help them raise Equity and Dept funding.

Girish Lakhe, is Founder and Managing Partner of Fiscus Capital Advisors LLP, a boutique financial advisory firm based out of Pune, India.
He was earlier Director Finance at Kolte Patil Developers Ltd., and was the key member of the management team driving the growth of the company including all its private equity fund raising, initial public offers, investor relations, corporate legal etc. He had successfully launched and closed the IPO of Kolte Patil Developers Pvt. Ltd., which had raised more than ~INR 1800 cr. through various private equity transactions for the company.

He was also Managing Director of Bharucha Motiwala Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., for period of 3 years. He is also founder promoter and director of a drug discovery and pharma research company in Pune, namely, Novalead Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Novalead has Kotak Private Equity and Tata Capital among its key investors.
Girish was also part of a India focused real estate fund namely CDI Capital LLC, which is incorporated by American Investors based out of Los Angeles, USA. He was also an investment committee member of the CDI Real Estate Fund based out of Mauritius. He had participated in three road shows organised by CDI Capital. He was appointed as a Investment Advisor in India by CDI Capital. He has worked in senior management positions in Tech Mahindra, ICICI OneSource (now First Source Solutions), Zensar Technologies Ltd among others. Girish comes with a treasure of experience in real estate, food processing, information technology, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals.
Girish is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance.

Shailesh Shetye, is founder of Sunshine Homes & Investments LLC, a real estate solution company based out of California, USA. He has 15+ years of experience in real estate investment in India and USA.

Shailesh also has extensive experience in Information technology and in-depth project management knowledge from various international large scale projects in banking, insurance and telecom industry budgeted over multi-million USD.

Shailesh has strong ability of doing in-depth study of projects and make strategic planning to achieve positive results. He has proven track record of result oriented leadership in his career.

Kedar Narkhede is one of the core member at excellence capital who comes with a strong domain knowledge and flair for the financial market. Prior to joining Excellence capital he has worked in Crisil ltd( Standard & Poors company) as a regional head, in the business of Real estate, Education and finance over a period of time in India, having rich experience in client acquisition, client retention, innovate various strategies, liaise with Banks/FIs/PE firms for rating their real estate funding proposals and project investments.
He has an expertise in problem solving, team building, relationship management with strong analytical rigour and presentation skills. Mr. Narkhede earned a Postgraduate Degree in Management from the University of Pune where he concentrated in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelors degree from Civil Engineering.

Vivek Marne, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, is the Partner of Fiscus Capital Advisors LLP, a boutique financial advisory firm based out of Pune, India. Vivek has worked in various organizations such as Sharp & Tannan Associates, CRISIL (a S&P Company) KPMG, BDO, SG Analytics, among others. He has more than ten years hands on experience in corporate finance, equity analysis, investment banking, internal control assessment, among others. Vivek has worked in multiple sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, food processing, among others, for fund raising via debt and equity in Indian market.

He has worked closely with the top banks and financial institutions in India and carries a strong understanding of on-ground financing and demand in India. Vivek has worked as equity analyst for a European fund covering consumer sector in Emerging markets, overseeing USD 300 mn of investment portfolio. He has also worked on various government projects in India and Middle East, such as transportation sector, airports, heavy industries, among others.

Prachi is a Partner at Fiscus Capital Partners LLP, a boutique financial advisory firm based out of Pune, India. She was working as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Pune, India prior to Fiscus Capital and has around 6 years of experience in Audit and Advisory practice of KPMG. Prachi has managed many listed and private company audits and management advisory assignments as a team lead and has worked closely with top management of companies from various industries such as Telecom, Financials Services, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Hospital, and Information Technology. She carries in-depth knowledge and experience in financial reporting and analysis under Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS; and also in developing financial and management controls.

Prachi is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. She also holds Master in Commerce and has completed CFA Level II from the CFA Institute, USA.
